STEP 1 - QUOTE REQUEST (1 Day)
Submit your request to info@directgreenbags.com and a customer service representative
will contact you for project details. A written quote will be sent within 1 business day.
STEP 2 - ORDER & ARTWORK
Submit your purchase order to orders@directgreenbags.com. Submit your artwork to
art@directgreenbags.com. If your files are large, contact us for access to our FTP site.
STEP 3 - PAYMENT
We require 100% pre-payment for your first order. Payment can be made by credit card,
check, or wire transfer. Repeat customers may be eligible for credit terms upon request.
STEP 4 - VIRTUAL PROOF (1 - 2 Days)
Every order includes a 3D virtual proof that will confirm art layout, item size, material,
accessories, and order quantity. All revisions are included as a complimentary service.
STEP 5 (Optional) - PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE (10 - 15 Days)
If you require a pre-production sample, we will produce and deliver a sample bag for
your final approval. Each pre-production sample adds net cost of $100 to your order.
STEP 6 - PRODUCTION (20 - 25 Days)
Production begins as soon as you approve the virtual proof or pre-production sample.
Upon completion, a digital picture of a finished bag will be sent to you as a reference.
STEP 7a - OCEAN SHIPPING (20 Days)
Ocean freight orders ship to Los Angeles, CA and are made available at our warehouse.
Typically we coordinate ground shipping to your customer through one of our preferred
carriers, but distributors may arrange final delivery using their own shipping method.
STEP 7b - AIR SHIPPING (5 Days)
Air freight orders ship directly to the closest international airport to your customer, and
are then dispatched by truck service for final delivery. Contact us for air shipping rates.
