Q: How do I place an order? A:  Submit purchase orders to orders@directgreenbags.com or fax to 1-888-550-6198.  Submit all artwork files to art@directgreenbags.com.  If your artwork is too large for sending by email, contact us at info@directgreenbags.com for access to our FTP site. Q: What is your standard turnaround time? A: Standard turnaround time is 45 calendar days from final artwork approval. For a detailed timeline of a typical order, please visit our Order Process page or click here. Q: Do you offer a rush service? A: Yes, we can expedite your order via international air shipping. Standard turnaround time for air shipped orders is 30 calendar days from artwork approval. Please contact us for our best international air freight rates. Q: What is your minimum order quantity? A: For most products our MOQ is 2,500 units. For cotton bags the MOQ is 1,000 units. Q: Do you accept less than minimum orders? A: Yes, we carry limited stock of many of our products and can usually accommodate less than minimum orders for those select items. Standard production time for domestic orders is 5 business days, please contact us for current stock levels and color availability. (Keep in mind, pricing for domestic orders will differ from our listed imported pricing) Q: Where do your bags ship from? A: All orders are ready to ship FOB Los Angeles, CA. Q: Can you organize delivery to my customer’s door? A: Yes, we can arrange door-to-door delivery service to your customer on your behalf. All shipments will be shipped blind by truck. Please contact us for our best freight rates. Q: What type of artwork files do you require for printing? A: We require artwork to be saved as a vector image in one of the following formats: .AI, .EPS, .PDF. All photo quality images must have a resolution no less than 600 dpi. Q: Do you have artwork templates for your laminated bags? A: Yes, we can provide artwork templates for our laminated bags. We have templates for our listed sizes, but can also create custom templates to fit your size specifications. Q: Do you have an art staff that can assist with my bag design? A: Yes, we have a full service art staff that can assist with all of your artwork needs. Available services range from basic artwork conversions to complete product design. Q: Can you create a custom bag to my specifications? A: Yes, we specialize in custom bag projects.  Contact us today for a price quote. Q: Do you offer samples of your products? A: Yes, we offer free samples of all of our products. Shipping charges will be billed to your UPS or Fedex account or can be invoiced directly. Q: Do you offer pre-production samples? A: Yes, we can create pre-production samples for all of our items. Typical turnaround time for pre-production samples is two weeks from your approval of the 3D virtual proof. Q: What are your payment terms? A: For your first order, we require 100% prepayment by credit card, check, or wire transfer. Credit terms are available to our repeat customers, please contact our credit department for consideration. Q:  Where are your products manufactured? A:  Our products are manufactured at trusted factories located in China and India.  All of our production facilities are periodically audited to ensure product quality, clean conditions, and fair labor standards. Q: Are your products lead-safe? A: Yes, all of our products are tested by an independent third-party laboratory and are well below the limits set forth by California Proposition 65 and the CSPIA for hazardous contents such as lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium.
